This 'Goals' Call is your 1st full coaching session! You will experience the Mindfulness Coaching framework firsthand and in depth, and we will discover if we a good fit to work together.

Because I offer several different plans, at the end of your 'Goals' Call you will have the option to select the perfect plan to meet your needs and we’ll start our coaching journey together the very next week!.
Self-evaluation and self-assessment tools before, during and at the completion of the program will provide measurable and trackable results of the effectiveness of the selected trainings.

Yes. It was an accident. I didn’t really PLAN on having this become one of the core foundations of my purpose, but it happened (and for a powerful reason, of course)!
I discovered meditation while attending a workshop on the teachings of King Solomon in 2013.
Getting into meditation and mindfulness in what seemed like an accidental way was part of my awakening to spirit on my journey of self-discovery.
It helped me understand more fully what self-love means, which was my key to attaining peace within ME, and thereby more peace in how I interact with the world.
Living mindfully is a key element for optimal mental, emotional and physical health.
I even have received certification as a Bringing Mindfulness to the Workplace Facilitator through MMI Training Co. because I realized that everyone at every age in the workplace or at home can benefit from meditation and mindfulness.Since becoming an accidental meditator in 2013, I make it a point to meditate in some way every day. It doesn’t have to be done in the same way every single day. Even taking a walk in nature is a form of meditation, which I think is an important aspect for us all to understand.
When I dove into this world of mindfulness and meditation, I experienced miraculous transformations in my life and a huge shift in the relationships around me and with those I love in such a positive, bright way. So, these gifts are simply too good not to share!
Meditation and living mindfully are two key elements for optimal mental, emotional and physical health in our fast-paced high-stress world. Everyone at every age will benefit from learning these skills! I am EXTREMELY passionate about doing things differently (or shall I say, differentley!) and want to share and always be a part of the magic and mystery of our awareness, but do so in an easy, accessible, and non-intimidating format.
I have 2 adult children, am an Electrical Engineer (BSEE), and a 30+ year System’s Integration Engineer & MES Consultant for a large Fortune 500 corporation, so I get what the word BUSY means and can empathize with that feeling of overwhelm that comes and goes.
My dream is to present these practices in such a way that those receiving the coaching will incorporate them into their daily lives, and share their new practices in confidence with people all around them. I believe this will create an unstoppable ripple effect of awareness, which will spread across our beautiful Mother Earth!
